puisi kontemporer

ABSTRAK

Peningkatan Kemampuan Mengapresiasi Puisi Kontemporer melalui Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada Siswa Kelas  XII Ilmu Sosial-4 SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. Tesis Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Program Pascasarjana Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.
Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah (1)  mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran mengapresiasi puisi kontemporer dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL); dan (2) meningkatkan kemampuan mengapresiasi puisi kontemporer siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL).
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini didesain dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Setiap pertemuan terdiri dari dua jam pelajaran dan setiap jam pelajaran 45 menit. Adapun prosedur dalam setiap siklus mencakup tahap-tahap: 1) tahap perencanaan tindakan, 2) tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) tahap observasi dan interpretasi, dan 4) tahap analisis dan refleksi.
Keefektivan tindakan pada setiap siklus diukur dari hasil pengamatan dan tes kemampuan mengapresiasi puisi kontemporer. Data hasil pengamatan dideskripsikan, diinterpretasikan, kemudian direfleksi untuk menentukan tindakan perbaikan pada siklus berikutnya. Sementara itu, data hasil tes kemampuan mengapresiasi puisi kontemporer dianalisis dengan cara mendeskripsikan nilai tes antarsiklus sehingga hasilnya dapat mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang sudah ditentukan sesuai dengan indikator kinerja, yaitu: minimal 85 % siswa memperoleh nilai 67 atau lebih sebagai batas tuntas kemampuan mengapresiasi puisi kontemporer.
Penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus diperoleh hasil bahwa rerata nilai tes pada kondisi awal 54, dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal 4,76%. Pada siklus I, nilai rerata tes adalah 66 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 47,62%. Pada siklus II, nilai rerata tes 74 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 100%.
Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan melalui pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengapresiasi puisi kontemporer pada siswa kelas XII Ilmu Sosial-4 SMA Batik 1 Surakarta.

Improving the Ability to Appreciate the Contemporary Poetry through of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach at Student of XII Science Sosial-4 Class SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. Thesis. The Study Program of Indonesian Language Education, Postgraduate Program Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta.
The aim of the action research classroom  are: (1) describing of expression the learning process in the contemporary of poetry by Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach.); and (2) showing approach of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can improve the ability to appreciate the contemporary poetry of pupils.
To reach the the target, this research is designed in the two cycles. Each cycles consist of twice meeting. Every meeting composed into two hours lesson and every hour of lesson is forty five minutes. There are procedure in every cycles involved 1) planning action phase, 2) implementation action phase 3) observing and interpretation phase 4) analysis and reflection phase.
The phase effectiveness on every cycles are measured from the result of obesrving and ability of  the test to appreciate the contemporary poetry. The result of the data observing are described, interpreted, then reflected to decide the remedical action on the next cycle. While the result of capability test data appreciates the contemporary poetry that is analyzed by describing the intercycle test value till achieving the minimal complete criterion  (KKM) that had been determined as suit as the indication of work, the minimal of 85% students get 67 or may be more as the limit of complete appreciation capability the contemporary poetry.
The classroom action research as many as the  two cycles of obtained result that the rates the test result on early condition is 54, by the complete classical grade is 4,76%. On the first cycle, the rates of test result is 66 by the complete classical is 47,62%. On the second cycle, the rates of the test result is 74 by 100% is the complete classial.
Based on the action above, can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, the teacher can improve ability to appreciate the contemporary poetry at students of XII Science Sosial-4 class SMA Batik 1 Surakarta.
